The Awakening Experience Closes In...
Discover How To Use Sober Expanded States of Consciousness as Tools for Healing Emotional Wounds, Unleashing Your Creative Power, and Becoming Who You Really Are
Even If You Only Have 13 Minutes Per Day—Without Relying On Affirmations, Crystals, or Mercury’s Retrograde
***
Dear Apprentice,
Do you feel like you’re sitting on an untapped goldmine of personal potential?
Are you frustrated with living a life that feels out of alignment with who you are?
How fed up are you with being controlled by your fears and insecurities?
Hey, I’ve been there, done that, and got the t-shirt.
Perhaps you can also relate to the awkward, uncomfortable feeling of knowing you’re capable of:
- Living life on your terms
- Achieving your vision of success
- Overcoming the obstacles life throws at you
- And becoming the person you want to be…
…But struggling for years to do so.
Yeah, you and me both.
I’m embarrassed to admit that I floundered like a fish out of water for so long.
But after the discoveries I’ve made over the past year, I’m pleased to report that my frustrations and fears are rapidly fading in my rearview.
This Letter Is The Story of
My Quest To Become Me
Along The Way, I’ll Show You How To Use The Lessons I’ve Learned To Mend Emotional Wounds, Unlock Into Your Creative Power, And Transform Into The Person You’re Meant To Be
2019 was a strange, turbulent year.
When I look back, it was one of the most challenging, unsettling, confusing, and disappointing years of my life.
I found myself indefinitely stranded, living on Long Island, New York with my partner, Alicia, while the goalposts for our desired move to Spain kept shifting—before eventually being kiboshed.
There was physical and mental exhaustion, accrued from the previous year of travelling through seven countries and nearly two dozen cities while bootstrapping a freelance copywriting business to over six-figures in eleven months.
Despite my progress in the gym, I was quickly falling out of love with lifting—which had been a central aspect of my life for nearly a decade as a personal trainer, online coach, and competitive bodybuilder.
And I was faced with accepting the fact that making a bunch of money, which I’d worked oh-so-hard to achieve, didn’t bring me the feelings of happiness, fulfillment, and satisfaction that I was looking for.
All of which culminated in a slipping into a depressive hole that I’ve been scrambling for months to climb out of.
Admitting to myself that I was dealing with depression was one of the most unpleasant conclusions I’ve drawn in my life.
Hand on my heart, I can tell you I tried mightily—but misguidedly—to change how I in 2019 felt by:
- Traveling to the Netherlands, Norway, and Greece
- Seeing Adventure Club, Rodrigo y Gabriela, and Kygo perform live
- Exploring New York City
- Taking a great course that reshaped my business approach
- Creating and a brilliant writing course: The Storyselling Discipline
- Sipping from a steady stream of delicious espresso
- Enjoying a handful of beautiful mushroom trips
- Finally learning how to box
- Helping a good friend edit and launch his book
- Reading more great fiction than I had in over a decade
- Catching up with friends I hadn’t seen in years
- Achieving my “best” combo of lean-but-jacked to date
But despite it all, I was miserable. Getting out of bed was a momentous struggle, and I felt disillusioned with my life, work, and the world.
As I write this, I’m taken aback by all of the fun, wonderful, and positive experiences I had in 2019—and disheartened that each memory is shrouded in a dense, dark fog of misery.
Fast forward to today, given the benefit of hindsight, I know the reason why I felt this way:
I ignored how I was feeling, and the reasons for feeling like I did.
I neglected my mindset. I tried to “fix” myself with things that were, ultimately, distractions from the root problem—which wasn’t anything external.
The root problem was internal.
The Great Disillusionment of 2019 I experienced yet is another nail in the coffin of my belief that “the (perceived) problem is never the (real) problem.” Extending to prove that “the (perceived) solution is never the (real) solution.”
Which is to say, your negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions won’t be solved by achieving goals, stacking cash, drug and substance use, seeking out emotional highs, or jumping from distraction to distraction.
The Secret To Unlocking Growth, Healing, and Creativity Is Hidden In Your Shadow
In Jungian psychology, The Shadow is the mask we wear to convince ourselves—and others—that we’re a good, just person.
On a subconscious level, our Ego rejects The Shadow, because the Ego’s job, in a nutshell, is to make us feel safe, secure, and comfortable in the world, and in life.
Confronting the sins, dark thoughts, and moods we feel a sense of shame and guilt around, does not feel safe, secure, or comfortable, and thus: the Ego rejects.
These rejected aspects of self could be:
- Sexuality
- Spontaneity
- Aggression
- Instincts
- Cowardice
- Carelessness
- Passion
- Enthusiasm
- Materialism
Truth is, we all have parts of ourselves that we don’t like or that we think society won’t like—so we shove these pieces of ourselves into little boxes and pack them away in the depths of our unconscious mind.
The Shadow is hardwired into our consciousness.
“Everyone carries a shadow, and the less it is embodied in the individual’s conscious life, the blacker and denser it is. At all counts, it forms an unconscious snag, thwarting our most well-meant intentions.”
— Carl Jung
My Shadow Is Manifest By:
- A lack of confidence in social settings, especially where I’m unfamiliar with either the physical or social environment (thus causing me to contract, and preventing me from easily building new relationships).
- Extreme difficulty in communicating what I need in romantic relationships (which often leads to me feeling taken advantage of—because I don’t stand up for what I need or want).
- Rather than sharing or explaining difficult, painful, and uncomfortable thoughts or emotions, I stuff them away in teeny-tiny little boxes, pretending they don’t exist (after all, it’s easier to tell yourself that challenging, difficult thoughts and feelings don’t exist than it is to stand up and face them).
- A fear of uninhibited self-expression (which represents as self-conscious, shy, sometimes uncertain behaviour).
- Difficulty experiencing a broad range of emotions—joy, ecstasy, anger, and grief in particular (I believe one of the greatest gifts of the human condition is to be able to feel every emotion on the spectrum—and to be cut off from such feeling is nothing short of suffocating).
Your Shadow Behaviour May Manifest As:
- Never feeling like you’re enough for the world, while basing your self-worth and sense-of-self in the opinions and expectations of others (regardless of the money you earn, how successful you feel, or what you’ve accomplished).
- Taking life too seriously, never allowing yourself—or being unable to relax, unwind, and have fun (unless drugs or alcohol are involved).
- Being unable to develop friendships and relationships beyond a shallow, transactional connection (as well as walling yourself off from true intimacy in romantic relationships).
- The inability to “switch off” from your business or career (and being overcome with the relentless desire to be in control of every aspect of your life, at all times).
- Playing the “victim” whenever something doesn’t go as planned (and a willingness to step on others in order to achieve your own ends).
- Pointing out your own insecurities and shortcomings as perceived flaws in someone else (while being quick to hardly judge others).
- Feeling “attacked” or “triggered” by the slightest of criticisms (along with holding unacknowledged biases and prejudices).
- Lacking the confidence to make a big move in your career or chase down new opportunities in your business (or difficulty focusing and being productive because you believe you’re simply not a productive, hard-working, or creative person).
- And that’s but a small sampling of how Shadow behaviour can manifest in your life (it’s no stretch to say that any character weakness, personal shortcoming, self-limiting belief, fear, or insecurity represents a portion of your Shadow behaviour).
The Key To Accomplishing Successful Shadow Work Lies Within Entering Expanded States of Consciousness
There’s a fair chance you may have heard of Expanded States of Consciousness (ESoC) before, under a different moniker.
ESoCs are synonymous with Flow States, which are described in Positive Psychology as the mental state in which you become fully immersed in feelings of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of a given activity.
When you enter a Flow (read: Expanded) State, the active “operating system” in your brain shifts, switches from what’s known as The Default Mode Network to The Task-Positive Network.
When your mental operating system switches, the barrier to honestly and successfully navigating your Shadow behaviour is removed from the picture.
That barrier is your Ego.
The Ego shows up as a blockade to healing, creativity, and growth in the form of irrational attachment—attachment to what it knows (or thinks it knows), and attachment to the stories you’ve been told by others.
Whether we’re addressing character weaknesses and personal shortcoming, fears and insecurities, repressed memories and unprocessed wounding experiences, or self-limiting beliefs and invisible mental scripts, it makes no difference to your Ego.
Because this kind of internal exploration utterly terrifies the Ego.
Close your eyes and imagine for a moment that a mob of Japanese samurai have suddenly dropped down from the sky and surrounded you with their swords held high, ready to attack at a moment’s notice.
If this were to literally happen while you’re walking down the street or in the grocery store, you’d immediately flip onto high alert, become defensive, and likely somewhat aggressive.
Chances are you’d feel alarmed, anxious, uneasy, confused, and perhaps even angry.
This is the exact same reaction that occurs when your Ego feels threatened by any sort of internal investigation and change—when you begin to question the stories you’ve been told or are telling yourself, when you choose to explore new paths, as well as when your identity and values are challenged.
Entering an Expanded State of Consciousness Allows You to Disarm Your Ego
Accessing an Expanded State of Consciousness, shifting from a contracted, protective state of awareness into one where you’re able to objectively look at yourself, occurs in three phases:
Phase #1
Phase #2
Phase #3
Removing your Ego from the picture allows you to take whatever it is that holds you back in life, then alchemize your pain, grief, trauma, negative emotions, experiences, and shortcomings into a startling personal transformation.
Which is why…
I Believe Expanded States of Consciousness Are The Pinnacle of Personal Improvement, Emotional Healing, and Creative Power
If you’ve ever tried to heal or improve yourself in the past, but saw no progress or the results you achieved didn’t stick, I can all-but-guarantee you that a major reason why is because you tried to treat the symptoms, rather than address the root problem—which, as discussed, can only be found in your Shadow.
See, my big beef with self-development books, podcasts, articles, and most other personal improvement coaching programs out there is that they shift the focus away from you, and onto something external.
But growth is not an external process.
Growth is an internal process.
And one of the things I’ve learned from studying the psychotherapeutic use of psychedelics, is that the answers, encouragement, and healing we seek are always within us.
We each are our own greatest teachers, the lessons we seek are already within us.
Often buried deep down, yes, but inside ourselves nonetheless.
All these other so-called methods of personal development prompt you to look outside of yourself, rather than inside, where the wisdom really is.
In order to find the answers you seek, you must look inward.
You must expand your consciousness, rather than remaining contracted.
Thus my belief in having conversations and developing rituals that direct your attention inwards being crucial to your success—because in doing so, together, you and I will be able to unlock the growth, creativity, and healing within.
Which is something most means of personal development miss entirely.
And so, in the painful absence of any resources, courses, or materials that help one effectively navigate their Shadow, gain a crystal-clear understanding of self, overcome internal obstacles, and become who you truly are, I decided to build something myself, something that will show you how to achieve exactly this goal.
I’ve created a new breed of coaching program.
One of which there is genuinely no parallel.
One that allows me to go deep with my Apprentices.
One where I can drill into the heart of a problem and discover why it exists.
Because when you understand why a problem exists, you can solve it once and for all.
I’d like to introduce you to the process I’ve developed for using Expanded States of Consciousness as tools for navigating your Shadow, as well as unlocking personal growth, creativity, and healing:
Welcome to The Awakening Experience (TAE).
TAE is an 8-week one-on-one, personalized coaching experience where I will teach you how to use Expanded States of Consciousness as tools to heal emotional wounds, unleash your creative power, and become the person you’re meant to be.
How, you ask?
The Awakening Experience is built on four pillars:
Pillar #1. Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the quality of being present and fully engaged with what is happening to you right now—free from distraction or judgement, and being aware of your thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them, which is especially helpful when you find yourself facing challenging events and difficult circumstances.
While mindfulness doesn’t eliminate stress, anxiety, negative rumination, or uncomfortable thoughts and feelings from your life, it gives you the necessary tools to better process these experiences without allowing them to ruin your state of being.
In clinical studies, practicing mindfulness has been proven to:
→ Increase your ability to feel, understand, and regulate your emotions in a healthy, objective manner (emotional intelligence)1,2
→ Decrease feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression3
→ Improve your ability to focus, strengthen your attention span, and enhance your overall cognitive abilities4
Pillar #2. Gratitude
Gratitude is one of the most frequently neglected emotions, and perhaps the most underestimated of all virtues. And yet, it’s one of the most powerful tools we have at our disposal when it comes to improving our overall sense of well-being.
And the evidence-based benefits of cultivating gratitude are legion, including:
→ Greater positive reframing and positive memory association5
→ Feeling more of that good good happy feeling6
→ A greater degree of resilience and optimism in the face of adversity7
→ Opening the door to more positive social interactions, along with deeper, more meaningful relationships8
→ Improved sleep quality, energy levels, and overall physical health9
→ Higher levels of self-esteem10
Pillar #3. Self-Awareness
Self-Awareness is the ability to see yourself clearly and objectively through introspection and reflection. Self-Awareness differs from Mindfulness in that with Self-Awareness you’re observing—and gaining understanding of—your response to thoughts, feelings, and events, as opposed to simply being aware of what’s happening.
Self-Awareness is a personal quality that’s been shown to:
→ Enrich emotional intelligence (which stacks nicely with Gratitude)11
→ Improve one’s critical thinking and decision making abilities12
→ Nurture greater levels of empathy and improved listening skills13
→ Foster self-insight and self-trust14
→ Strengthen communication and self-esteem15
→ Enhance leadership abilities16
Pillar #4. Flow
Flow States are one of my favourite “things” in life, otherwise known as peak experiences—Flow is the state of being that arises when you enter an Expanded State of Consciousness.
According to positive psychologist Mihály Csíkszentmihályi, what you are experiencing in that moment is known as flow, a state of complete immersion in an activity.
He describes the mental state of flow as“being completely involved in an activity for its own sake. The ego falls away. Time flies. Every action, movement, and thought follows inevitably from the previous one, like playing jazz. Your whole being is involved, and you’re using your skills to the utmost.”
Which leads to:
→ Improved physical and mental performance, as well as productivity17
→ Increased enjoyment and sense of well-being18
→ Enhanced creative abilities and output19
→ Being in a state of Eustress, which is the opposite of being stressed the fuck out20
In essence, Flow is the lovechild of mindfulness, gratitude, and self-awareness.
Which is something that will benefit your life in countless ways.
Picture This:
The sense of pride from feeling like—and knowing—you’ve accomplished something wonderful, something great.
Having confidence in your ability to set—and accomplish—any goal.
Finally letting go of self-limiting beliefs, fear, anxiety, insecurity, and pain.
Finding the courage, focus, and GRIT to push yourself to new heights in your business or career.
Developing (and improving) deep, meaningful relationships.
Marching through your days with more confidence than ever before.
Waking up in the morning without being held back by a lack of drive, absence of motivation, or feelings of apathy and resentment for your life.
(Re)connecting with friends and family members—not over light and safe banter—but through insightful conversation, rich with meaning.
Picture what your life would be like if you could take the things you’ve wanted to do, achieve, or become for months or years—and began working on them as early as tomorrow.
And imagine what it might feel like to find yourself brimming with gratitude for the little things in life: the coffee in your cup, the floors swept by your partner, the sunshine, the scent of honeysuckle in the air.
Obviously, the above examples aren’t representative of everyone’s needs or desires—but I hope you see where I’m going with this:
When you use Mindfulness, Gratitude, Self-Awareness, and Flow, with a focus on using Expanded States of Consciousness to explore, understand, and integrate your Shadow into your life, the capacity for personal growth, creativity, and healing you unlock is spectacular, truly spectacular. The most spectacular of all.
“Hey Alexander, What Does The Awakening Experience Look Like? What Do I Get?”
Okay, okay. I’ll spill:
The Awakening Experience Coaching Process (8 weeks) [value: $1600]
The understanding and integration of Mindfulness x Gratitude x Self-Awareness x Flow will be delivered via individual (digital) workbooks.
Each workbook contains stories and information about the roles Gratitude, Mindfulness, Self-Awareness, and Flow States play, and the impact they can have.
Alongside the teaching aspect, you’ll also find concrete actions steps (which I call Quests) to help you ingrain these pillars into your life.
Even if you’ve tried to make some of these practices stick before, but to no avail, the Quests I’ll guide you through are simple enough for a toddler to complete.
Biweekly Video Calls [value: $852 ($213 per call)]
Fret not! You won’t be hung out to dry with these workbooks or their accompanying Quests. Every two weeks, for the duration of The Awakening Experience, you and I will jump on the phone where I’ll be there to support your journey, offer aid and insight on your Quests, as well as troubleshoot any questions, sticking points, or obstacles that may arise.
You’ll Also Receive The Following Bonuses:
Support & Accountability [value: ???]
Unlike what happens in many coaching programs, I won’t be leaving you to your own devices during the time between our calls. Between a weekly email check-in and text/messenger support, I’m but a few taps of on your phone away.
Customized, hand-made Awakening Experience journal [value: $100]
Yup, yup. I’m pulling out all the stops for you. No coaching program done proper or period of personal growth is complete without a badass journal to pen your journey in. Plus, it’ll look great on your desk, coffee table, bedside table, and kitchen counter.
And I’ve Got One More “Thing” For You:
The Storyselling Discipline [value: $1600]
The Storyselling Discipline is a prompt-based writing course I produced in the Spring of 2019, and subsequently sold. You don’t have to take me up on this, but the reason I’m offering you The Storyselling Discipline at no additional cost—which is legitimately worth the price of TAE alone—is because I believe writing is an incredibly valuable skill that stands to benefit so, so many aspects of your life. The better you can write, the better you can communicate, the better you can communicate, the better your life.
The Awakening Experience Is A New Breed of Personal Transformation Program
I created The Awakening Experience for two reasons:
- Everything I’ll be teaching you over the next eight weeks are the exact tools that have helped me crack the code of a decade-long problem, climb out of a depressive hole, and reshape my life into one that genuinely feels like me—rather than one built upon the the expectations, ideas, and beliefs of others.
In other words, if you’re struggling or wish to grow as I did and do, I can’t not share The Awakening Experience with you—not when I know of its wonderful transformative potential.
- On a global scale, I believe we’re coming into a time where what we need most is a growing mass of people who are living in alignment with who they truly are, able to genuinely show up in their relationships, careers, and businesses as themselves, and are contributing mindfulness, gratitude, self-awareness, and flow to the greater collective consciousness.
The Awakening Experience is my way of helping bring more people into the fold.
Brand New Process = Sweet, Fat Discount
Given the brand new (but heavily researched) nature of The Awakening Experience, I’m not charging anywhere near what I should, especially when considering the amount of work I’ve put into creating this process for you.
Should you choose to become a member of the founding cohort of The Awakening Experience, which I recognize as making a massive investment in yourself and me, I want to reward that decision.
And I promise you:
I’ll be overinvesting my own time and energy into The Awakening Experience and everyone who joins me because I’m committed to ensuring you experience results over anything else.
This isn’t something I’ve created as a cash grab or a course to collect payments while delivering the bare minimum.
What I have to teach you, it’s literally been life-changing for me—and to ensure you reap the same rewards I did, I’m not gonna be half-assing anything.
So, consider the experimental pricing I’m about to reveal as incentive for you to begin your transformation at the earliest opportunity, at the best price possible.

“Alexander, If The Awakening Experience Is Brand New, Why Should I Trust This Process?”
Great question.
For starters, as I’ve shared with you, I’ve tested everything inside The Awakening Experience. And everything inside TAE is rooted in proven principles and lessons of human understanding that date back decades upon decades.
The concept of your Shadow is a key component of Jungian Psychology, which has heavily influenced psychiatry, anthropology, archaeology, literature, philosophy, and religious studies since its inception in the early 1900’s.
Positive psychology came into the world in 1998 when Martin Seligman (a famed American psychologist) deemed it the theme for his term as president of the American Psychology Association.
Expanded States of Consciousness have been part of human culture dating back to Ancient Greece.
The desire to learn, grow, and become ever-stronger versions of ourselves is as innately human as our desire for food, sleep, and sex.
My point being, The Awakening Experience isn’t rooted in whimsical thoughts or feelings. TAE is built upon a solid, proven foundation—rather than sand.
I won’t be asking you to do anything I haven’t or won’t be doing myself (the exception being which activities we settle on for your Expanded States of Consciousness—our individual personalities have too much influence here).
And, to add a little cream and sugar into the mix, I have a legitimate bonus for you:
Prior to the havoc wreaked by COVID-19 on the world, the “thing” I was building towards offering was guided psychedelic sessions, with accompanying coaching to help you effectively prepare for your journey, have a productive experience, then integrate any insight, wisdom, and lessons learned into your life.
Obviously, at this moment in time, given the non-essential travel restrictions and social distance measures in place, guided sessions are not feasible.
But, and this is the realization which led to the version of The Awakening Experience you’ve been reading about: psychedelics are not the only means of eliciting healing, creativity, and growth—as evidenced by the “sober” means of accessing an Expanded State of Consciousness which I shared with you above.
The way I liken the role of psychedelics in the context of healing, creativity, and growth is this:
Psychedelics are not the fire which forges your awakening.
Your intention, your degree of readiness for change, and your willingness to do deep, exploratory work, to change your habits and your thoughts—these aspects come together to create the fire that forges your awakening.
Psychedelics, in their own right, are a magical gasoline to be added to that fire.
This is why I’m confident in offering the same base coaching program and philosophy without relying on a psychedelic journey to bring forth change.
When I’m able to offer The Psychedelic Awakening Experience, if you’re ready for that step of your journey, deep into the shadows and into yourself, every dollar you’ve invested into The Awakening Experience will be credited towards your Psychedelic Awakening Experience, and then some.
An immersive, guided Psychedelic Awakening Experience (with the accompanying coaching before and after) is going to come with a 5K+ price tag (payable in instalments).
So, by investing in and completing this Awakening Experience, when the time is ripe, at any point in the future, you’ll be able to enjoy The Psychedelic Awakening Experience at a fat 50% discount, regardless of the price).
This offer will not be available to anyone other than Awakening Experience Apprentices.
Pretty sweet, eh?
Every Hero Grows From Having Counsel
Fantasy novels are my favourite thing in the world to read.
Aside from being full of magic, conniving politics, gruesome battles, romance, and betrayal, I love fantasy novels because they’re symbolic of the Hero’s Journey.
Which, as Joseph Campbell posits, is the thematic arc underlying the lives of anyone who chooses to challenge themselves, to venture forth into the unknown, and to seek out personal growth of any size, shape, or colour.
However, let it be known that there is no Hero’s Journey adaptation for hiding from your fears, being sat on the couch all day, moving through your life as an empty, dessicated husk of what you could be.
In every story there is a hero who sets out on a grand adventure and achieves great things—and along the way he/she has counsel to support and guide him/her through the unavoidable series of trials and challenges ahead.
Harry Potter has Dumbledore (Harry Potter, obviously).
Kvothe has Master Elodin (The Kingkiller Chronicles).
Frodo Baggins has Gandalf (Lord of The Rings, obviously).
Kylar Stern has Durzo Blint (The Night Angel Trilogy).
The role of these advisors is not to do the work of their student, speak false truths, or stuff their Ego with marshmallow and maple syrup.
Rather, their role is to help extract greatness from within their apprentice, helping them to become the person—the hero— they were born to be.
These mentors also act as a sounding board for the heroes they aid and abet.
They’re able to offer objective insight and wisdom, born of experience, to help smooth the journey ahead.
Regardless of how much shit the Apprentice takes on their journey, no matter how defeated they become throughout the story, regardless of whatever is thrown in their way, with the help of their mentor, they prevail.
Should you move ahead with The Awakening Experience, these are the roles you (Apprentice) and I (Mentor) will fall into.
What’s more, the style of instruction, advice, and support you’ll receive will be along the same lines of these stories: which is tough, constructive, productive love—stemming purely from a place of wanting to see you achieve your best, and become your best.
Regardless of what you choose to do today, life is going to continue throwing stones and problems at you, with new ones growing near-immediately in the place of the ones you solve.
So today, today you have the choice to decide whether you want to continue facing your problems alone, or if you want to have a reliable, consistent, loyal man by your side as you do battle.

Time Waits For No Apprentice
With every breath you take, you inch your way closer to death.
As each breath takes you closer to your last, will you choose to remain stuck, frustrated, or struggling? To live through your one life as less than your best self?
The trouble with emotional wounds, blocked creativity, and living a life created by the expectations of others is that these problems don’t go away on their own.
In fact, with each passing day that they’re not addressed, they fester, become more damaging and tougher to overcome if and when you do decide to take action.
I remember before I began using Expanded States of Consciousness on a daily basis, I would spend hours each day wishing that:
- I could feel better about myself, the reality of my life, and have hope for the future.
- My writing would improve, and that I had the creative energy to write more, in different styles.
- Getting out of bed in the morning wasn’t a momentous struggle.
- I had something in my days to look forward to, otherwise what’s the point?
- There was something I could do for fun, simply because I enjoyed it.
But instead of taking action, I let my thoughts and behaviour become ever more ingrained.
I immersed myself in the negative of the situation, and lost hope. I fell further and further away from having any sense of fun, joy, or pleasure in my life. And I sunk deeper into a reality that I didn’t want to get out of bed to face.
Which is a decision I can tell you from firsthand experience, only made realizing any sort of tangible change that much tougher.
This is why I’m confident in being able to deliver powerful results in 8 weeks, rather than the months it took me—because if you act now, it’s going to be much, much easier than if you wait another 3, 6, or 12 months.

When you integrate Mindfulness, Gratitude, Self-Awareness, and Flow, as well as Expanded States of Consciousness into your life, the cascade of changes you set in motion are legion.
I’ve listed all of them above, but the ones I believe will be most universally impactful are:
→ Deepening and strengthening the relationships in your life by becoming more empathetic, a better listener, and more present in your conversations, interactions, and experiences.
→ Enhancing your ability to create and produce great art (whether that be your business, writing, painting, dancing, woodcarving, cooking, etc) through improving your ability to focus, unlocking your creative abilities, and improving your critical thinking chops.
→ Elevating—and shoring up—your mood, energy levels, and resilience in the face of adversity.
“What happens if I don’t do this now?”
I’ll tell you what happened when I ignored the path lying ahead of me, the path which deep down I knew I needed to follow:
I spiralled down, down, down, further away from the person I wanted to become, and the life I wanted to live. I dug the whole deeper, and made it that much more challenging to come out of.
“How long is the program?”
The Awakening Experience is an 8-week program, plus one week of onboarding—which is us getting to know each another, choosing your intention for TAE, and getting you situated to wring every drop of progress and success you can out of The Awakening Experience.
“How much time will I need?”
Our biweekly phone calls will each be roughly an hour. There’s also a few cornerstone practices we’ll be integrating into your life—these won’t take more than 13 minutes a piece.
Once we’ve settled on your daily means of entering an Expanded State of Consciousness, the choice is yours. I strongly encourage spending at least 20 minutes per day in an Expanded State, but you can certainly go for longer if you have the time.
All in all, you’re looking at 30-45 minutes on a daily basis, plus our biweekly 60-minute phone call. When contrasted with the benefit you’ll receive, it’s a drop in the bucket.
“Is The Awakening Experience a live program?”
Yes, you and I will be working together over the next 8 weeks as I guide you into Expanded States of Consciousness, while integrating the four pillars of The Awakening Experience into your life.
“Why should I try out this new transformation program?”
Here’s one good reason:
If you’re reading this, you’ve been reading my material for some time, and have likely invested in at least one of my offers in the past. So, you know I’m not blowing smoke here.
Here’s another:
The Awakening Experience has been designed to teach you skills that bleed into every aspect of your life. For example, the greater your mindfulness and capacity for gratitude, the more satisfied you’ll feel in your work and your relationships. The more self-aware become, the deeper you’ll understand yourself, and the more “you” you will become.
Okay, one more:
With recognition paid to the brand new nature of The Awakening Experience, in joining the founding cohort you’ll be able to access the material—and the results—for a price far lower than you will in the future, plus your experience will have a degree of influence over how I shape and develop TAE through subsequent rounds.
“What if I’ve already worked on my mindset?”
First off, kudos. Doing meaningful inner work is rarely an easy task, and it takes guts to do.
Second, if there’s one thing I’ve learned about Mindfulness, Gratitude, Self-Awareness, Flow, and Expanded States of Consciousness, it’s that they all are like onions. There are countless layers to peel back, and the more you peel, the deeper you go and the more you learn.
“How is everything delivered?”
Obviously, we have our calls every two weeks, which will be where much of our communication takes place. The Awakening Experience workbooks will be delivered via email.
Lastly, any support or advice you need in between our calls will be handled via text message or email—the choice is yours.
“I’m in. Where do I go?”
Brilliant. I can’t wait to show you what I’ve built, introduce you to Expanded States of Consciousness, and integrate The Awakening Experience pillars into your life.
